Hey guys. Chester with Big Lakes Lawncare. Today I’m going to talk a little bit about contracts, contracts for the work being done at your property etc and how we structure them.

So, a unique point about our business, our mowing business specifically, is that we are free of contract. That means you don’t need to sign anything. You don’t need to commit to anything. All you have to do is call us. We can measure your property and quote you right over the phone. You don’t need to come out we can price it right then in there for you on your first phone call. We can schedule the work and you can rest assured that the lawn will get taken care of without signing off on anything. You can pause at any time. You can cancel at any time. You can even skip. If the lawn doesn’t need to be mowed one week, call us in let us know, we’ll skip It. We’ll be back the following week and you will not be billed.

Now, having said that, if you do want a contract in place for your own peace of mind, we have contracts available. We will sign them. We’ll pass them on to you and they will guarantee our work. This is especially pertinent for commercial clients of ours who would prefer to a contract in place and some other places where we use the contract is for snow removal and for large landscaping projects.

But, generally if you just want us to do some basic work like trimming shrubs, cleaning gutters, picking up leaves, trimming trees or mowing the lawn one phone call is all it takes. We can schedule the work and get you going without a contract. Hope that helps. Thanks, have a great day.
